The Chilli Bandit

Here's a look at the characters from my short film "The Chilli Bandit". I'll be working on this for the next 2 terms at Animation Mentor.

Another term is over, I'm still not happy with the last assignment, but as i have learned over the last year, an animation is never finished just handed in when the deadline is met (if that makes sense?). I plan to go right through all my shots with fresh eyes at the end of class 6.

Here's the final for my first dialogue shot.

Term 4

So I'm back at AM after a full 2 days holiday, I'm really excited to have Pixar animator Bret Parker as my mentor this term. She has worked on many of the their films (Check out her link).
She was also the voice behind Kari the babysitter in The Incredibles.

So this is my progress reel for class 3. The first shot (Flipping Burgers) will be completed in the first 3 weeks of class 4, so it only has the limited facial rig.
